I don't mean to jinx where I live, but I believe the spring weather is FINALLY here and here to stay until summer.

I am absolutely loving the 60 degree weather we're having all week.  70 is pretty much the perfect temp, so the closeer we get the that, the happier I am! :D

I have to give a shout out to mah boys, Manchester United, gearing up to play the second-leg against Porto in about an hour or so.  GO GO GOOOOO!

This weekend was fun.
Especially so because we BEAT LA 2 - NIL.  
BWAUHAHAHAHAHA

I love you Wizards. XD

It was amazing.  Landycakes was carded for trying to play footie with his hands and he was called on diving.  We were all on cloud 9.  Even more so when the score went up two goals in our favor, one of the goals being an AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC 35 YARD ROCKET by Davy.  OMG, go watch the highlights for his goal.  It is awesome!

I also pretty much lost my voice.  Lol.  Yelling all those uh.. nice things.. to the LA players.  XD;;;  hee hee hee

We play Toronto next week.  I won't have my brother there with me, so we'll see what happens! >.<

Manchester United lost to Liverpool 2-1.  ugh.
But, I mean, we had to let them win once in league play, right?  Just to be nice.  XP

My teams both can't win on the same day.  Manchester United and KC Wizards both played Saturday.  Usually Man U plays first (because of time difference) and depending on their result, I can guess KC's. x_x   It sucks, but that's what happend Saturday.  Man U lost, KC won.  We'll see how the rest of the season turns out.


I'm excited for this weeked.  Long weekend in KC, just me and the hubby (house sitting for some family).  So ya, relaxin' and hangin' out. :D

Manchester United just won 1 - nil to Pompey.
I was a teeny bit worried, since we usually have trouble with them, but 3 points is nice. :D  Good job lads!

Much to my brother's dismay, Tottenham seems to be all aboard the fail boat and setting sail at the moment.  Eck.  Lets go Spurs!  Kick it in the ass! x_x  Not get your ass kicked!

Kansas City pulled out a 1 - 1 draw against Dallas on Saturday.  Jimmy came out in second half stoppage to give us a goal.  Phew!  Thank you (AGAIN) Jimmy!  Keep the goals a'comin'.  (Why is one of our defenders one of our highest scorers?  lawl)


I saw The Dark Knight, again (fourth time!  woo!), with the folks on Saturday.  It was their first time seeing it.  MY MOM CRIED.  A LOT.  *gigglesnort*  This only confirms that The Dark Knight is truly as epic as I originally thought.  Saw it in the IMAX, of course.  I am so spoiled by that now.  I can't watch movies in anything else.  Heh..

Anyone else SERIOUSLY UPSET that we can't watch new Harry Potter until NEXT FRICKIN' YEAR?

I have become more of a LJ reader, than poster it seems.  Lol, I'm around, just not posting anything. XP

I have about 7 or 8 icons done, and more in the works, in what hopes to be a big batch for you all to enjoy.  Yay!  

With the EPL now done and the FA Cup on it's way to a close, I can focus just on the MLS and the KC Wizards for the rest of their season.  I found this huge picture-biography book on Manchester United and I plan on getting it to read during the off-season.  It looks cool. XD XDD  

Pirates coming soon!  Friends and I are gearing up for the midnight showing, getting costumes ready and such.  Muwaha, sooooo much fun!  Harry Potter getting closer, too!  We're 3/4s through book 4 in my little HP Book Club.  More funness!

I am tired!

This past weekend was a blast!  Well, there was one downer.  Man U lost to Portsmouth.  FRICKIN' PORTSMOUTH!  ARRRGGG!!! x.x;;;; I am VERY sad at this loss.  Chelsea is a mere 3 points under us now.  BUT!  That is still 3 points we're ahead.  I am optimistic.  :D  We re-play Roma tomorrow, in the Champions League, and we play Watford on Saturday, in the FA Cup.  *jumps around cheering her boys on* XD XDDDDD

On to the highlights of the weekend!

My brother and I went to our first KC Wizards game on Saturday and it was so, soooo much fun!  Being in the Cauldron and cheering the team on rocked!  We are definately more hyped up about this season.  Saturday was just a pre-season doubleheader thing.  Our actual first MLS match is this coming Saturday against FC Dallas, away.  Our first home match is on the 25th against Toronto FC.  Can't wait to go to that!  wheeee! :D :DDDD  Everyone in the Cauldron is really cool and super nice, especially about my bro and me being newbies.  heh.  Our legs and throats hurt Sunday morning, but it was all so fun.  Everyone around us yelling the same awful things we do was great!  LOL.  And we about had heartattacks seeing our boys on the field, RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!  waaaahhH!!  Hartman and Conrad?!  Woooooooooo XD XDDDD  *happy sigh*  Everyone looked much better that close.  Muwahahaha.

Chocolate from Easter is always a good thing.  Much to munch on for a couple weeks now. *gigglesnort* ^.^

I started watching Inuyasha last night, and I love it!  I must say I am thoroughly addicted.  :D  A friend let me borrow her first season box set, so I know what I'll be watching for a while.. XDDD  My favorite doujinshi artist Shinji Yamaguchi (who does AWESOME Rurouni Kenshin doujinshi) does Inuyasha doujinshi too, which I suppose I'll hafta check it out also.  muwaha.

My mom, a couple friends, and myself started our own little Harry Potter book club.  :D  We are so cool.  We're finishing the first book by this Friday and are going to get together, eat snacks, and talk about questions and comments we've written down from the book.  Next book, we'll designate chapters and discuss them at a time.  Hee hee, fun fun fun.  We are going to have a Harry Potter movie night when we finish all the books, which we'll do all of this before the next movie and last book come out in July.  Yay!

Hrmmm...  I think that's about it for now.  I am gonna plug Magic On The Pitch, once again, because you should check it out.  If not for the comments on soccer, then the awesome comics drawn by me.  XD Lol.  I feel another batch of icons coming soon.  I'll keep ya posted. ^^

I think I did something really dumb.  x.x  *sighs*  I think I deleted all my DBZ pictures when I was cleaning up my laptop a year or so ago.  I never delete pictures.  Ever!  I have so many on my 'puter that I never even look at anymore, but don't want to get rid of incase I suddenly want to use it for something.  LOL.  I would be very surprised if they are gone.  >.<  I reeeeeally hope not, and hope they're just hiding somewhere. *sad sigh*  

Anyone recommend some good DBZ sites (pictures, fanfics, doujinshi, etc.)?  I am a particularly huge BulmaxVegeta fan *giggle* just so you know... XD XDDD  Since I'm on a DBZ kick right now, and no, this isn't something new, I've been obsessed with DBZ forever, *gigglesnort*, you will see icons in the very near future.  I did say tonight, to some people, however, because I am a spaz and can't find my pishures, I can't get them done till later.  x.x;; I am sorry and I love you all.  I also plan on having other anime along with those DBZ ones, like RK, Utena, who know what else.  Any suggestions? :D

Manchester won their match Saturday against Charlton.  *cheers*  It was cool stuff.  Good job, boys!! ^_________^  Man U 2 - Charlton 0  *dances*  Chelsea won, again!  arg, but as usual, we're still 6 points ahead of them.  :D  YA!  I must also say much love goes out to my supa fly brother, messengerbags, 'cause he is helping his wonderfully awesome sister (me! duh) get season tickets to KC Wizards matches.  OMG.  This rocks so much.  *dances again*  wooooo hoooooo XD XDDD

I finally saw Blade Trinity.  Lol, not that good.  I love Blade 1 the mostest.  Way better than 2 and 3.  XP  Ryan Reynolds, however, very hot stuff.  :D  woo!  And he's so funny.  Me likes Ryan Reynolds.  muwahah

We also rented Scanner Darkly and Idiocracy.  Haven't watched those two yet, but will tomorrow night.

Sorry Mexico!

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Jimmy Conrad scored his first international goal and Landon Donovan converted a late breakaway, leading the United States to a 2-0 exhibition victory over Mexico on Wednesday night that kept up the Americans' dominance of their regional rival. 

Jimmy you rock!  Yay!  Awesome header, and thank you Landy. :D  We certainly sucked the first half though, 'cept for Albright.  Keepin' it alive, along with Howie in the net  Omg the refereeing in this game blew!  Mexico wasn't getting carded or fouled at all.  >.<  LOL but the best part was later in the second half when the ball bounced off the ref and he's like 'whatever, keep going' so Landy went on a breakaway pretty much, flying past 2 defenders and the goalkeeper to land our second goal.  It was awesome.  muwahahaha.  Wow was Mexico mad!  After the whistle blew announcing the end of the game, Mexico just walked off the field.  No good job, handshakes, nothing with our boys.  Nice sportsmanship, guys!  Thumbs up for you! XD XDD *snickers*

I have butterflies in my stomach because I'm so excited to go to the matches.  I can't wait to be right there in the middle of the excitement, blue and white flying all around me.  WAHHHHHH. XD XDDDD  lol, okay.  *settles a little* x.x  My b-day is comin' up at the end of the month (Feb 27! woo!) and I am using all my birthday money for tickets, a KC Wizards home jersey, and a scarf.  muwah.  :D  I have family in KC and it's only like 2.5 hours away, an easy drive.  My brother, messengerbags, and I are pretty much almost all ready to go.  I have the schedule all printed out and color coordinated with highlights; green for away matches and blue for home.  

I am a dork.  Yes, thank you.

Eeeeee.. I'm nervous about the match tomorrow. As usual. x.x Last time
I watched a match, we lost, sooooo... maybe I'll just sit there with my eyes closed and listen. heh. We play Tottenham. My bro and I are getting together to watch it. His favorite football club against mine. Wah! Chelsea won their match against Charlton, so if we lose, they'll be three points closer. No! Bad! But I have faith. We'll see what happens. ^.^ LOL could care less about the Super Bowl. XD XDDD Pretty much the only thing I know about it is that it's the Bears vs the Colts. And I'm supposed to want the Bears to win because that's my Hunny's dad's team.
